This is a good activity to practice phonics, focusing on the "-at" sound. It consists of three tasks. The first task requires students to identify the first letter of the given words. The second task involves rearranging the letters to form a word. Then, for the last task which is fast reading, there is a set of cards that the students have to read as quickly as they can. To facilitate this, the teacher needs to remove the picture on top to reveal the next picture. The teacher can also set a timer for this activity.
